The Challenge

KMS Air Conditioning was asked to install a new air conditioning system at a busy Camden pub without disrupting trading. To avoid any loss of revenue, Mike and the KMS team planned the work around opening hours, arriving on site at 5am with a six-person installation team so the venue could reopen as normal at 2pm.

The Solution

KMS installed three 10kW Daikin ceiling-suspended air conditioning units, providing powerful and efficient heating and cooling across the main trading areas. Separate wall-mounted controllers were also installed, including controls within the manager’s office, making the system straightforward for staff to operate.

The Result

By carefully planning the installation and allocating additional engineers to the job, KMS completed the work within the available trading window. The pub was able to open at 2pm as planned, with its new air conditioning system fully operational and no trading time lost.
