The Challenge

KMS Air Conditioning was asked to improve temperature control across meeting-room spaces within a care home in Potters Bar. The system needed to provide reliable year-round heating and cooling while remaining simple for staff to operate.

The Solution

Following a site assessment, KMS installed four 5kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries wall-mounted split systems. Two outdoor units were mounted externally to the building, while two were positioned at ground level to suit the available space and installation requirements. Each system was fitted with an individual controller, giving staff straightforward control over the temperature in each area.

The Result

The full installation was completed over two days, providing the care home with efficient and flexible heating and cooling across the meeting-room spaces. The finished installation was kept neat and tidy throughout, with equipment positioned carefully to minimise visual impact.
