The Challenge

KMS Air Conditioning was asked to provide effective heating and cooling for an office and meeting room within a care home in Waterlooville. As the rooms are used for meetings and day-to-day administration, it was important that the system operated quietly without causing unnecessary disruption.

The Solution

After assessing the spaces, KMS recommended two Mitsubishi Heavy Industries wall-mounted air conditioning systems, with 5kW and 5.5kW units selected to provide efficient year-round temperature control. The installation was planned carefully around the building, with pipework routed neatly using trunking across the flat roof.

The Result

The full installation was completed within one day, leaving the care home with quiet, efficient heating and cooling across both rooms. The team kept the working areas clean and tidy throughout and also demonstrated how to use the Wi-Fi controls, giving staff simple control over the systems.
